At check in we will ask your permission to use your email for sending you our latest offers and events. This can sometimes be through a third party such as ‘mail chimp’. The processing of this information will be in line with the third party’s privacy policy.
We will ask your consent to be added to our database and to send you these promotions when you check in to the accommodation with us.

Where we store your personal data
Our hotel reservation and booking system is provided by Resident Pro. When making a reservation with us your details will be held on the database and we may use your information to contact you about your booking.
Information we receive from other sources
We work together with online travel agents and booking companies such as Booking.com & Expedia. These companies will pass on your personal information to us such as, name, address, telephone number, email address and your card details to be used for the purpose of making a room booking with us.
All card details are encrypted on our Reservation system, and only specific staff are able to decrypt this information as required for your reservation.
